The K-7 Expedition takes you through the Charakusa Valley, an exciting trek for both climbers and admirers of grand rock walls. This stunning alpine area is situated between the famous Spangser and K-7 Base Camp, often referred to as a climbing paradise. The journey offers breathtaking views and technical climbs, making it one of the most impressive treks in the Karakorum mountain range.

This expedition is ideal for those seeking a rugged adventure with a high level of technical difficulty.
ITINERARY – K-7 Expedition – 38 Days
Upon arrival in Islamabad, you will be transferred to your hotel where you can rest and prepare for the upcoming adventure.
Arrangements for the official briefing at the Ministry of Tourism.
Attend a briefing at the Ministry of Tourism to meet your guides and receive important information about the trek and safety guidelines.
Drive along the Karakoram Highway (KKH) to Chilas, transfer to the hotel for rest.
Continue the journey to Skardu, check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Drive by jeep to Hushe, where you will spend the night camping under the stars.
Trek to Sayischo, setting up camp at an altitude of 3,200 meters. (Approx. 5 hours)
Trek to Spengser, a higher camp at 3,400 meters. (Approx. 6 hours)
Trek towards the K-7 Base Camp, set up camp at an altitude of 3,500 meters. (Approx. 7 hours)
Reserved for climbing at K-7 Base Camp. Climbers will take on the technical ascent, with days reserved for acclimatization, rest, and climbing attempts, depending on weather conditions and climbers’ progress.
After the climbing phase, begin the descent back to Spengser camp.
Trek further down to Sayischo camp, setting up for the night.
Continue the descent to Hushe, where you will rest and spend the night in the camp.
Drive back to Skardu and check into the hotel for a well-deserved rest.
Continue the journey to Besham, where you will stay overnight at the hotel.
Drive to Rawalpindi, transfer to the hotel for rest.
Final debriefing, transfer to the airport, and depart for your onward destination.
