From there, the journey moves to Islamabad and the ancient Buddhist city of Taxila, offering insight into Pakistan’s deep historical roots.
Traveling north on the legendary Karakorum Highway, often called the eighth wonder of the world, the route follows mighty rivers and dramatic mountain valleys.
